  • Aomei Partition Assistant: Meet all your needs
    Time: Aug. 13, 2019

AOMEI Partition Assistant exists in two variants: Standard and Pro. The standard version offers everything the average user needs: divide, copy, resize, create, delete, format, modify properties and even delete safely. There are also useful wizards to copy, resize, convert NTFS to FAT32 and vice versa, as well as migrate to a new hard drive or SSD.

The Pro version offers the ability to convert Windows dynamic disks into basic disks, change the logical partition to the primary partition, change the partition identification and serial number, convert MBR disks to GPT and vice versa, and free up space for a partition assign another.

The user interface of Partition Assistant is familiar to anyone who has used the utility in the last ten years. You will find on the left a list of tasks and on the right an area that contains the readers and partitions of your system. Simply select the drive or partition, and then apply an action in the task list. Everything is easy, provided you understand the drives and partitions.

Partition Assistant will create the disk for you, but you must still activate Windows. And I didn't take it to other PCs to see if the activation works. Aomei says there shouldn't be any problem as long as you are using a legitimate version of Windows 8.x.

As partitioning software, Aomei Partition Assistant is virtually any other program you have seen. The standard version is more than enough for most users and the Pro version is as efficient as possible.
