  • Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Light Agent is now available
    Time: Jul. 22, 2019

The cybersecurity provider cheap kaspersky key has announced the launch of a new and improved version of its hybrid cloud security solution, Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Light Agent, designed to optimize the protection of large deployments of virtual machines and simplify the administration of security on the Internet.

The new Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Light agent is available through the Kaspersky Security Center console, providing clients with protection for up to 100,000 servers and virtual desktops without compromising performance or losing control and visibility of virtualized infrastructures.

As many analysts have predicted, cloud infrastructure is growing within the company, allowing companies to save resources and work more efficiently. Cloud security allows organizations to scale to an unprecedented scale, but also challenges IT security administrators by securely protecting all parts of their infrastructure without slowing down their systems.

This is precisely what Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Light Agent does by introducing a considerable level of manageability and scalability, as well as proven security features.

This version includes the same security features as Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business to protect Windows servers, including farm prevention and behavior detection. Kaspersky says it can detect sophisticated and unknown threats while retaining the performance benefits of a light agent.

The integration with the virtualization platforms has been improved thanks to the compatibility with VMware NSX tags, which allows an automatic response to specific events according to the state of the virtual machine.
